Driving Directions
We're in The Waterworks on the Connecticut River, adjacent to
30 miles of flatwater for summer paddling and winter skiing & skating!
From the South:
Interstate 91 North to Exit 13. At end of ramp, turn right and go down the hill.
At the bottom of the hill there is a traffic light.
Turn left at the light onto River Road.
Go 1 mile to the Yield sign where you merge with US 5 North.
Follow US 5 North for 2 miles to the Nordic Skater sign on your left.
From the North:
Interstate 91 South to Exit 14. At end of ramp, turn left onto Route 113. Follow 1 mile to junction with US 5.
Turn right onto US 5 South and follow 7 miles to the Nordic Skater sign on your right.
While you're in Norwich, visit the Norwich Inn,
sample a Whistling Pig in their micro-brew pub, or spend the night in one of their 23 guest rooms.
20% discount on your room rate if you're a participant in a Nordic Skating Tour.
Next door is Dan & Whit's General Store, a family-run business where
"if they don't have it, you don't need it."
Also in Norwich Village: Allechante Bakery & Cafe,
Carpenter & Main Restaurant, the Norwich Bookstore, Norwich Wines & Spirits,
three banks (all with ATMs), two real-estate brokers and a post office.
Just up the street from us are Killdeer Farm and the
Norwich Farmers' Market, both open May through October.

Our Rollerski Demo Center is open 7 days a week by appointment.
Call at least 24 hours ahead to schedule an appointment and reserve equipment.
Spring-Summer-Fall Inline Skating:
Mondays & Wednesdays in Burlington, Vermont.
Tuesdays & Thursdays in Stowe, Vermont and Montréal, Québec.
Saturdays & Sundays in Montréal, Québec and the surrounding region.

Our Shipping Policy
Domestic (USA) customers:
Most orders shipped to street addresses go by UPS Ground.
Allow 1 to 6 business days for delivery.
3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight services are available for an additional charge.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes and APO Addresses go by Priority Mail.
Package tracking is not available with this service. If faster delivery or package tracking are necessary,
we can ship by Express Mail for an additional charge.
Canadian Customers:
Most orders over 4 pounds (1.8 kg) shipped to street addresses go by UPS Ground.
We use USPS First Class or Priority Mail for other shipments.
Allow 3 to 7 business days for UPS Ground, or 5 to 10 business days for USPS First Class and Priority.
Express and Expedited services are available for an additional charge.

Overseas International Customers:
Most packages shorter than 46 inches (116 cm) go by USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Longer packages (skis and poles) must go by UPS Expedited or Express.
Allow 3 to 5 business days for UPS, or 5 to 10 business days for USPS First Class and Priority.

IMPORTANT NOTICE for ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Duties and taxes may be assessed by local officials.
We are not responsible for local duties or taxes, which will be billed to you separately.
Please contact your local customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
We are not responsible for any return charges due to your failure to pay duties or taxes.
For orders returned to us by UPS or USPS due to the customer's failure to pay duties/taxes,
a store credit will be issued, with no exceptions.
Our Cancellation & Return Policies
Your satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the products we sell,
because we ski and skate on them ourselves!
1. Any in-stock item may be returned for exchange or credit, if it is still in new condition with no visible signs of use,
and if you return it in the original box with all accessories.
2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
3. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.
For domestic (USA) customers, we offer free ground shipping on one exchange (except skis and poles).
4. Special orders and custom-assembled items CANNOT BE CANCELED and are NOT RETURNABLE.
Custom-assembled items include cross-country skis with bindings, roller skis with bindings, and Nordic Skates with bindings.
In cases of manufacturing defect, please contact us at (802) 649-3939 or (866) 244-2570
for repair or replacement of the defective item.
5. Online orders canceled 24 hours or more after they were placed incur a cancellation fee. This fee is 5% of the value
of the order, with a minimum fee of $5.
6. Shipping charges are refundable only if the order is canceled before it has been shipped. If the order has already
been shipped, the shipping charges are non-refundable.
